We offer a full project management service. This can either be done remotely or in person depending on what the trail project is. We have done this project management service for Kendal BID, Cleveon BID and Watford BID.

Felltarn created this trail for Clevedon. Project management included contacting the Clevedon businesses, organising the trail prize and delivering the trail maps and window artwork to each business including instruction on installing the trail and creating e-marketing creating a successful event.
Felltarn visited Watford. After receiving the relevant business info from Watford BID we went into the town and took photos and gather details from the businesses. Then it was back to Felltarn HQ, we drew each business building and designed the Food & Drink DL leaflet.
